What is your processing and shipping time?
Orders typically take 10-15 business days to process and produce, and production times will usually increase during and around holidays. Each piece is hand made for you, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
How long will it take for my order to ship to me?
Orders are shipped via USPS. First Class mail typically takes 3-5 business days and Priority Shipping typically takes 1-3 business days. Priority Shipping DOES NOT change the processing and production time of your item, so please keep this in mind when ordering. Also keep in mind, that shipping through USPS during the holidays can become backed up while also considering this time during COVID-19 as there are delays in shipping.
Refunds will NOT be given for lack of understanding that processing and production times do not include shipping and delivery times.
Will I receive a tracking code and email when my order ships?
Yes, an email with a tracking code will be sent to you when your order ships.
What happens if my package gets lost in the mail?
Once your order has shipped and your tracking information has been provided to you, your package is now in the hands of USPS, and you as the customer are responsible for locating your package. I am not responsible for lost packages after USPS has scanned them into their shipping system. Please reach out to your local USPS branch for assistance in locating your package.
Can you redirect my package to a different address?
I cannot redirect your package to a new address once your order has been shipped. Please double check that you have entered the correct address when placing an order. If you need to redirect your package however, reach out to USPS for assistance. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with USPS and the redirection of their package.
