Ordering

What is your processing or production time? 

Processing and production times are currently 10-15 days as each piece is handmade by one individual. However, keep in mind, production times may take longer during holiday seasons. 

Can you rush my order? 

Unfortunately, rush orders are not offered at this time. 

I don't know what ring size I am, what should I do? 

Ring sizers are a perfect and accurate way to determine your ring size at home! Check them out here

 

Jewelry Information 

What material is your jewelry made of? 

Each piece is made with either 14k Gold Fill or Sterling Silver materials, depending on what you choose. 

What is Gold Fill?

Gold fill is a great alternative to solid gold jewelry, as it does not tarnish easily and lasts years if cared for properly. Gold fill is a pressure bonded layer that is much more durable than gold plated.

Will my jewelry tarnish? 

Most fine metals with tarnish with time and wear. It is best not to wear your jewelry in the shower, around water, when working out, or around chemicals. However, it's the customers responsibility to clean their jewelry, and sterling silver and 14k gold filled jewelry are easy to re-polish and clean at home. See the polishing cloth you can purchase here for at-home cleaning and polishing. 

How do I care for my jewelry? 

It is strongly recommended that you don't wear your jewelry in the shower or when working out. Store your jewelry in a dry area. You can clean your jewelry with a mild soap and a non-abrasive sponge or cleaning brush (old tooth brushes are great) in warm water and lay out to dry. Although the metals used in your jewelry are built to last a long time, chlorine, sweat, lotions, perfumes, and salt can tarnish and oxidize your metals to another color if not cared for properly. 

Do you offer any polishing tools for my jewelry? 

Yes, you can purchase the polishing cloth here

Will your jewelry discolor or turn my skin green? 

No! However, everyone's chemical makeup and skin reacts differently to different materials, topicals, and metals that your jewelry may come in contact with. It doesn't happen often with gold fill or sterling silver, however, it's not impossible. 

Does your jewelry contain nickel? 

No. The jewelry does not contain any nickel. 

 

Returns + Exchanges 

Can I cancel or change my order? 

Cancellations and changes to orders can be made within 24 hours. After the 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled or changed as they are already into production. Please email contact@everydaycollectiveco.com if you need to cancel or change an order within 24 hours. 

Can I return my order? 

Because each piece is handmade for you, orders cannot be returned. However, exchanges can be made if warranted for store credit. Customers must email within 48 hour if there are issues with an order. Please email  contact@everydaycollectiveco.com. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of exchanges, and items must be received back to Every Day Collective Co within 10 days of the original order date. 

Please ensure that you're ordering the correct chain length for necklaces and the correct ring size for rings. Check out the ring sizer that you can purchase and use at home to ensure that you're purchasing the correct ring size. 

Personalized and custom pieces of any kind cannot be returned or exchange.

I ordered the wrong ring size, can I exchange for a new size? 

If you ordered the wrong ring size, email contact@everydaycollectiveco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will honor an exchange for the correct size. There is a $10 re-working fee for re-sizing the ring. You as the customer will also be responsible for the shipping fees involved in sending the ring back to Every Day Collective Co and the shipping fee back to you as the customer. I recommend purchasing the ring sizer here if you don't know your ring size. 

I ordered the wrong chain length, can I exchange for a new chain length? 

If you ordered the wrong chain length for your necklace, email contact@everydaycollectiveco.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and I will honor an exchange for the correct length if able. Due to the make of some of the necklace styles, a change in chain length may or may not be able to be re-worked. However, if able to re-size the cain length, there is a $10 re-working fee for re-sizing. You as the customer will also be responsible for the shipping fees involved in sending the ring back to Every Day Collective Co and the shipping fee back to you as the customer. 

 

Repairs & Replacements

Do you offer repairs to broken items? 

Yes! Within 30 days of purchase. Please email photos to contact@everydaycollective.com as soon as possible to resolve the issue. Photos are required. After the 30 days, shipping will be the responsibility of the customer both ways (from and back to the customer). 

I lost one of my earrings, can you make and send me another one? 

Unfortunately the earring cannot be made or sent without the other. If you send the earring back to Every Day Collective Co. to be recycled (shipping is the responsibility of the customer), you will receive a 25% discount to use on a replacement pair.
